Withdraw from your contract

Your right for the first 14 days

If you signed up for coaching less than fourteen days ago, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Fill this in and it's done. You don't need an account, you don't have to call me, and you don't have to explain yourself, although you're welcome to.

You'll get a confirmation email straight away with the date and time your withdrawal was received. Keep that email, it's your proof. I'll stop your subscription and refund what you haven't used.

Your withdrawal has been received. The confirmation email is on its way, with the exact date and time on it. I'll stop the subscription and sort out the refund myself, so there's nothing else for you to do.

If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email me at [email protected].

If you're past the fourteen days

Then this isn't the page you need. Stopping the coaching later is done from the billing page linked in your payment emails, where you can cancel yourself at any time. It takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.
